Picom configs

*picom_default.conf* - Default config not much has been changed/editted *picom.conf* - Minimal config, with just a few options, no animation, and includes `flashfocus` needed options - `flashfocus` only works on `arch-lts` kernel

picom_cool.conf - Cool animations, however seems like these only works on LTS Kernel
